Refund & Cancellation Policy

Registration Confirmation

A seat in a training program is confirmed only after full payment is received. All payments are treated as final unless otherwise stated under this policy.

Cancellation & Refund Policy (Training Programs Only)

NormSecure follows a no-cancellation and no-refund policy by default.

Refund eligibility applies only to instructor-led training programs and only in cases where NormSecure cancels or reschedules a session. Refunds are not applicable for participant-initiated cancellations, non-attendance, or for consulting, advisory, or customised engagements.

Seat Transfer Policy

Participants may transfer their confirmed training seat to another individual by sharing the replacement participant’s details.

Training Rescheduling by NormSecure

If NormSecure reschedules a training session, participants may transfer to the next available batch or request a full refund.

Training Cancellation by NormSecure

If a training session is cancelled by NormSecure, a full refund will be issued.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method, subject to payment gateway timelines.
